All items are made to order. Our bags are cut, strapped, and finished by hand. Every item is made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to cut, sew, and ship your order. If by chance there's any delay, you will be notified immediately.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order ships, you will be notified with your tracking information via your email provided during checkout. International orders will be shipped via UPS Priority Mail International. All international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out once order is placed to see if request can be made. The 1-3 day shipping that you pay for when checking out is for when your order is dropped off at UPS, not from when the order is placed. Once your order ships, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
As all items are made to order, at this time we do not accept returns for a full refund. Each item is photographed to best represent its size and color. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accommodate an exchange for equal value or for a store credit. We only accept unused products and maintain the right to refuse any item that shows signs of wear. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each product.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
